About the Project

This project, supported by the British Council’s Going Global Partnerships – Gender Equality Partnerships programme, brings together Coventry University (United Kingdom), Alfred Nobel University (Ukraine) and Kyiv National Univercity of Construction and Architecture (Ukraine) to address the underrepresentation of women in higher education leadership.

The initiative aims to strengthen leadership capacity, share best practices between the UK and Ukraine, and develop sustainable pathways for women academics aspiring to leadership roles in higher education institutions.

Key Activities

Joint webinars and mentoring programmes for emerging women leaders in higher education.

Development of an online course and leadership toolkit.

Policy dialogues and roundtables on inclusive governance.

Dissemination of research findings and good practices through publications and conferences.
